About Us
Frisco Ice Hockey Association (FIHA) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization founded to support and promote youth ice hockey in Frisco, Texas.
Founded in 2001, FIHA provides students who reside in the Frisco Independent School District the opportunity to compete in high school hockey at both the Varsity and Junior Varsity levels.
The club is open to players from 7th - 12th grades. Players may attend public, private or homeschool.
OUR PURPOSE
The purpose of FIHA is to:
- inspire youth participation in amateur ice hockey, regardless of race, creed, or gender
- practice the ideals of sportsmanship and physical fitness
- bring area players closer together through, and instruct them in, the fundamentals of the sport of ice hockey
- encourage players and spectators to behave in an exemplary manner
WHERE WE PRACTICE
FIHA's home ice rink is Comerica Center (home of the Dallas Stars), located at 2601 Avenue of the Stars, Frisco, TX 75034.
